CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid card is required to book all appointments. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service. All deposits are non-refundable. No email cancellations. Lash Services: We do not work over previous lash work. New clients must book a full set (with removal if needed). Fills require at least 50% of lashes remaining. Facials & Skin Services: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to quality service. Appointment Change Policy To provide the best scheduling experience for all guests, a $10 Schedule Adjustment Fee will apply when changing a previously reserved appointment time. When an appointment is booked, that time is held exclusively for you and unavailable to other clients. This policy helps maintain availability and allows us to provide exceptional service to every guest.
